Monthly Goals- March

Hello Friends, 



Once again here's last months goals


Goal 1. Drink at least 24oz of water every two days 
Goal 2. Use up the same products that work with my hair before getting rid of it
Goal 3. Use Tea Rinses at least twice!?
Goal 4. Heat only 4 times a month 
Goal 5. Baby that nap!
Goal 6. Continue to sleep on the silk scarf 
Goal 7. Go to the gym at least once a week

Those that were crossed off were the ones that I got accomplished and I think that this month went TEN times better then the last, other then my hair starting to fall out slightly in the last week everything went well. I only managed to do the tea rinse once this month so it isn't COMPLETELY a fail. So below I have this months goals. There really isn't much of a change guys, I just wanted to incorporate some more protein into my life so that's why that was added.

Goal 3. Use Tea Rinses once a month 
Goal 4. Heat only 4 times a month 

Goal 5. Baby that nap!
Goal 6. Continue to sleep on the silk scarf 
Goal 7. Go to the gym at least once a week
